HOT SPOT: RATTLESNAKE CLUB
Executive chef Chris Franz and chef de cuisine Jeff Lanctot are carrying on the tradition that began in 1988 when the riverside restaurant opened to major fanfare. Now it鈥檚 reaching a new, younger audience that appreciates its more casual atmosphere and a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients, the power lunch (in and out in an hour), and simplified dinner menu offering two, three, or four courses at听 $37, $47, and $57, respectively. Master sommelier Claudia Tyagi has freshened the wine list 鈥 and no one blinks at casual dress these days.
