Ingredients
- 1 ounce Joto Yuzu sake
- 1 ounce Probitas rum
- 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
- 3/4 ounce coconut cream
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
- Maraschino cherry (for garnish)
- Pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients and shake vigorously.
- Pour over crushed ice into the most fun glass possible. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, and cocktail umbrella.
