On Sept. 10, Team Fox in the D, a fundraising arm of The Michael J. Fox Foundation, held a gala at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit. The evening featured a panel on Parkinson’s research, dinner, music, and dancing. Proceeds benefited the Michael J. Fox Foundation, which has raised more than $600 million to speed a cure for Parkinson’s since 2000.
