Celebrity Lip Sync Battle
The New Day Foundation for Families Fighting Cancer held its Celebrity Lip Sync Battle on Sept. 12, 2024, to support its mission of providing financial and emotional resources toward Michigan families battling cancer. The event, which was held at Sound Board at MotorCity Casino, featured silent auctions, a strolling dinner, seasonal afterglow, and live performances by local celebrities including Andy Dirks, a broadcaster for the Detroit Tigers, Shannon Murphy and Meaghan Mich from Mojo in the Morning, former Detroit Piston Grant Long, and many others.
