Presented by Ally Financial and the Greater Detroit Toyota Dealers, the 2024 CATCH Golf Classic on July 15 helped raise money in support of Sparky Anderson’s CATCH Charity for Children and its work improving the quality of life for pediatric patients at Children’s Hospital of Michigan and Henry Ford Hospital. During the event at Red Run Golf Club in Royal Oak, teams of five, including one celebrity golfer, enjoy a scramble-style golfing competition and a prelude party that celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Detroit Tigers’ 1984 World Series Championship with food, beverage stations, a silent auction featuring sports memorabilia, an on-stage conversation with members of the 1984 team, and more.
