Grace Centers of Hope “PAVE THE WAY 5K & 10K”

Grace Centers of Hope, a leading nonprofit that provides comprehensive life skills programs to help men, women and children address complex issues such as homelessness, addiction and abuse, will host its annual “Pave the Way 5K & 10K” event on Saturday, Oct. 5, 2024. The event will take place on the Paint Creek Trail in Rochester, located at 4480 Orion Road.
The 5K & 10K event honors and supports the many families Grace Centers of Hope serves each day. The race will start behind the Flagstar Bank Paint Creek trail entrance and head up the trail towards Lake Orion and then circle back. The 10K will continue and head towards Dutton Road, with both races finishing behind the Flagstar Bank. While on the trail, participants can read the stories of some of the incredible fathers, mothers, children, husbands, and wives who have found success at Grace Centers of Hope.
Day-of registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. The 10K race will begin at 9 a.m., and the 5K race will begin at 9:30 a.m. Registration includes an event T-shirt, finisher medal, and cider and donuts. All ages are welcome.
The “Pave the Way 5K &10K” is proudly presented by CAPS Remodeling. Additional sponsors include Yates Cider Mill, Benson’s Building Supply, SMART Bus, DH Digital Design, Oakland Orthopedic Partners, Modetz Funeral Homes, Hanson’s Running Shop and the Valerie Johnson Foundation.
