The Roeper School continues its long-standing tradition of honoring and celebrating the life of Martin Luther King Jr. The event returns, in-person, on the Bloomfield Hills campus. Our day of engagement begins with a film/discussion of The Mighty Times鈥揟he Children’s March and a workshop on how bias impacts perspective led by Khary K. Turner, Executive Director/Coleman A. Young Foundation. The program continues with a ceremony complete with entertainment, doughnuts and cider, and concludes with a candlelight walk.
